The Mission

Blend gaming and gourmet food into one epic real-world event? Challenge accepted. I built the Games & Food Festival from scratch – brand, identity, venue vibes, you name it. Think gamers meet foodies, all in a space buzzing with tournaments, tasty bites, merch, and influencer meetups.

The Game Plan:

I envisioned a venue with themed zones, each with its own personality:

• 🎮 Gaming Arena: Tourneys, free-play zones, competitive chaos.
• 🍕 Food Hall: Local food vendors dishing out their finest.
• 🛍️ Merch Hall: Artists, creators, and indie vendors showing off cool stuff.
• 🤩 Meet Your Stars: Fans meeting streamers, gamers, and TV personalities IRL.

I branded the event "Games & Food Festival", mapped out the full experience, teamed up with TikTok creators, launched a social media blitz, and created all event materials:

• 🖼️ Giant Venue Prints: Set the scene and brought the festival vibes to life.
• 📸 Interactive TikTok Cutouts: Photo ops galore—attendees loved striking a pose.
• 🔖 Custom Lanyards & Badges: Admins, Cosplayers, VIPs—you knew exactly who was who.
• 🎟️ Online Ticketing System: Flexible passes for Day 1, Day 2, or a 2-Day Bundle.
